Geoff Colvin, author of the bestseller Talent Is Overrated: What Really Separates World-Class Performers From Everybody Else, will visit the RSA to explain the surprising findings about achievement, work, and talent.
With examples that range from Mozart to Tiger Woods, he shows that our performance is much more within our control than most of us realise, and our ability to improve – in any field and at any age – is greater than we tend to believe. He will also describe how widely diverse individuals and organizations are using these insights to improve their performance dramatically in new ways.
